Sebaceous gland in rectum-keeps rising and bursting, please help.?

About 2 months ago, I noticed a lot of pain in my bottom area, not in the rectum but in the crack below it. After a day there was a bump with a white.yellow center and a few hours later it burst. My dr, gave me antibitotics and cultures but all came back well and it healed over. Since then they keep popping up and bursting. A gen surge I saw Fri said it was oil glands and not much to be done. But today another one is forming. I am gonna call him back so he can see it before it bursts but i cannot find good info anywhere for humans, just dogs. They are alwys in the same place and it hurts so bad, please help anyone, please.
