The implant - good or bad? Considering it so please answer!?

Terrible, very bad, no good, stinkin idea. I had a terrible experience, but you should check out the question index on this subject. You will get an idea of how bad it is. Just type in problems with implant.. Terrible... I can't tell you strongly enough not to do it.
