Omg my hair comes out so easily! WTH?

ok wth..ok so i relaxed my hair twice and used hairspray and even slept with it in and blowdry my hair each day..i know leaving in hairspray caused alot of damage but man..suddenly my hair started thinning and started breaking off easily and now....when i rub my hands through my hair sometimes some hair comes out like easily..I take safety measures now to restore health to my hair..i've been trying for about two weeks now.even though wheneve r i rub my hands through my hair after i use conditioner there are still hairs tha tcome out..easily...like omg..it comes out so easily someitmes just by rubbing my hands through it..god there are different thinnins now T_T and im getting scared..i know hairspray cant cause balding because if u wash it all out hairspray is rendered harmless...blowdrying causes breakage so that explains why my hair still looks as if it doesnt grow..but i dont understand the hair thinning...it comes out so easily. Btw i am also going through alot of stress. ><
