Do Jehovah's Witnesses use food pantries or soup kitchens? (Only Witness answers considered)?

Are Witnesses allowed to go to food pantries or soup kitchens? I know that most of these places are run by the churches of Christendom or another religion (at least they are in my County - the only secular food pantry or even soup kitchen in the area is the one that disperses gov't food)
