Should I start Tashard Choice vs Philly or James Starks (GB) vs Det?

Some of the ESPN experts don't like Tashard Choice this week against the Eagles but he looked realy good last week.....Brandon Jackson hasn't been convincing as of late so should I try and take a chance on Starks? Thanks for any advice
