Hillary Clinton's Financial Statements Withheld Deliberate? When ??

Repeated question for release of this public to the voters is rejected...too busy with campaign, we are working on it, don't have my act together yet, soon....What is the real reason a woman of her stature and wealth would not have the capability of her accountants to have this information ready? Is she planning for day one?
