What does a tight abdomen mean?

i went for my routine gyno exam, and she said i have a very tight abdomen she said. im going for a sonogram tomorrow, but i was wondering if anyone else had been told this and what it ended up being. there is only like a 1% chance of pregnant, and it would be too soon i think to tell, since my period was only about 2 weeks ago, just under. so, any ideas?
