Well it's hard to answer the ? because I am the complete opposite. When I see a guy that I like I go up to him and talk to him. And I think that's what you should do. I say he likes you. And the worst he could do is say I like you as a friend. So just start talking to him. don't rush into things just say like "oh did you start your english homework" stuff like that.
