Whats so hard about making falls count anywhere in SVR games actually count anywhere?

They had it in here comes the pain so whats so hard about making it happen again worse why'd they'd take it off it actually ment something along with teh Special Refferee match they had 1 special ref match in SVR 2009 in Triple H RTWM so why'd they not make it official thats bull along with SVR 2010 randy orton was the REF for a while
