What do you think happens after we die?

I believe we are reincarnated. My mom once told me that she has dreams of living in the sides of mountains like this one tribe of indians. We are Native American, so can these be memories of a before life? And she's deathly afraid of swimming without a floating device so maybe she had drown? I don't think we go to heaven or hell, I don't believe in it. I just think our souls are set free from this body and reborn into another. I think the second one person dies and a baby is born in that same second, it's a reincarnation happening. What do you think? :)
