Periodic Table need help?

Alright look all the elements on the periodic table are neutral so for example Ba (Barium) has a atomic number of 56 so it's called Barium, but what is it called if the atomic number is positively charged and what is it called if the atomic number is negatively charged. Thanks in advance.
