I have narcolepsy , I was sent to a neurologist for seizure-like episodes with no positive EEG?

He did autonomic testing and concluded that my cardiac functions were fine but that my sensory functions on my hands and feet were 97% lower than anyone else who had ever taken that test! He said he did not know why , nor would he even hypothesize. He also concluded that I have a rare disorder called cataplexy which is directly related to severe narcolepsy not properly treated. I have only been recently diagnosed with narcolepsy (Feb 2011) yet apparently have had it the majority of my life I have had cataplexy according to the neurologist since I was 14. I know that I p out a lot , hit the floor , go spastic , can't move and it scares the living crap out of me and everyone around me when it happens . I really am unsure what to do with these diagnoses or how to react he didn't even seemed concerned about the major loss of sensory in my hands and feet , I'm sure that indicates something ...
