Can anybody help me verify an address in Florida?

I live in South Africa and need to send a package to my boyfriend that works on a cruise ship. I'm not sure about the address that he gave me, the satellite connection isn't always that good. I've checked on the net and it seems that the street name is invalid. Does anybody live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida that can help?? He works on the QM2 but their post supposedly goes to Princess Cruises in Florida. Please HELP!!!!
