Anybody else out there struggling with secondary infertility?

I have been trying for almost 3 years to have my second child. I've tried Clomid and some injectibles, had laparoscopy and bloodwork which is all fine. I'm looking into acupuncture now. Too much money for IVF. Any stories or advice would be appreciated.
