Any good online typing tutor programs which use *actual* words?

I want to find my mother a decent typing teaching program to increase her typing speed and so she can type without looking at the keyboard constantly. The only ones I'm finding are things like jjff jfffjj and so on. I remember when I first learned how to type, it was on a macintosh with a very good simple program that used actual small words, and progressed to more difficult, longer words. So I would like something like that. Also I'd prefer if it was online, without any need to download it (flash or java based I suppose). Any suggestions?
