What rifle manufacturers today use the Weatherby Vanguard/Howa 1500 Long Action as a base for their rifles?

I am looking at purchasing a recoil reducing stock made by Axiom but their stocks are only made for the Remington 700 BDL and the Weatherby Vanguard/Howa 1500 Long Actions. The 700 BDL is easy to find, very popular. Weatherby's are not that popular in my area. Anyone have some information on what actions are being used by different gun/rifle manufacturers? Basically I am building a rifle around the stock. I am going to purchase a rifle from a manufacturer and then purchase the stock from Axiom and marry the two, thanks for your time and trouble.
